He has international consulting experience in strategic sourcing and managed large teams and a strong professional relationship with various clients and brings expertise in IT outsourcing (ITO).
Ramesh is the Founder Director of Energica ASPL. Ramesh heads Supplier Governance & Transformation Advisory Services @ Energica. Ramesh previously worked with AIG, CSC and TCS (12+ Years). His experience spans across the entire Sourcing and Vendor Management (SVM) life cycle covering due-diligence, service delivery models, captives (GIC | GCC) , strategic vendor assessment, providing outsourcing transaction leadership, strategy development, vendor management, contract management, strategic relationship management, performance management, & optimization strategies, capabilities-driven business transformation, Compliance & Risk Solution, Service and Social Innovation.
Prior to Energica, Ramesh was a Relationship Director looking after IT Vendor management for AIG MEMSA (Middle East, Mediterranean and South Asia) Region. His role at AIG MEMSA was to oversee delivery & vendor management of IT services for AIG MEMSA region involving demand forecasting, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Governance, Strategy & Execution, enterprise reporting and strategic direction setting for the organization. He was a key anchor and part of Vendor management office with involvement in defining sourcing roadmap, vendor consolidation strategy, periodic assessment of vendor portfolio, contract management, relationship management.
Has managed large scale strategic, transformation initiatives and consulting engagements in North America, Canada, Latin America and South Asia Region including India (covering both onsite and offshore).
Ramesh worked for some of the major blue-chip clients like Paramount Pictures, PG&E, GE, AIG, Zurich Financial Services, The Hartford, Nationwide, ING, AXA, Norwich Union and Allianz (FFIC).
Ramesh is a Professional Member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

Director, Climate Change & Environmental Sustainability Services
Saravanaperumal (SP) is a co-founder of Energica ASPL, an advisory services company with its headquarters in Chennai, India. He provides Consultative and Advisory Services in the area of Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability, Corporate Strategy, Human Capital Management and Marketing aspects.
Prior to co-founding Energica, SP has worked in the past on diverse fields pertaining to regional sustainable development and global environmental change, ranging from water and forest resources management, climate change strategy and mitigation, environmental planning, land-use change/control, wasteland conversion, rural education and poverty alleviation.
SP has 24+ years of extensive experience cut across various industry verticals like Corporate Social Responsibility, Poultry, Textile and Agro Forestry. He has a strong professional relationship with various domestic clients and brings strong industry expertise from the Environment Marketplace. He served with Corporate, Co-operative and Development sectors for more than a decade.
He spent around 8 years in forestation and wasteland management programs and for 6 years, he led Corporate Social Responsibility for Shriram Group Companies, Chennai through various Community Development projects. Throughout his career, he participated in the system development and quality policy aspects. He has worked for the National Tree Growers’ Cooperative Federation Ltd. as a Project Executive.
A PGDM from AIMA-New Delhi, his areas of interest includes Strategic Management, Organizational Development and Ecology & Environmental Management. He has a Bachelor degree in Forestry from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), Coimbatore and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from AIMA specialized in Marketing.
Research: Interdisciplinary work experience in socio-environmental research and strategy, sustainability roadmap planning and program execution consultancy.
